Quantity Surveyor

Job description

One of the UK’s largest privately-owned Property Services organisations, with over 30 offices and employing over 1500 staff are looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to work on Painting and Decorating contracts throughout the Midlands from their Nottingham office.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that has a history of working on large scale decoration contracts with Local Authorities and Housing Associations using SOR’s.

Required experience

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor
• Experience with working with local authorities and /or housing associations
• Experience using Schedule of rates
• Experience with Painting & Decorating packages
• Driving Licence
• Willing to travel around the Midlands area and beyond (If required)
