Contracts Manager

Job description

One of the UK’s largest privately-owned Property Services organisations, with over 30 offices and employing over 1500 staff are looking to employ a Contract Manager to work on Painting and Decorating contracts throughout Yorkshire and Humber.

They are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a history of working on large scale decoration contracts for Local Authorities and Housing Associations and using SOR’s.

Required experience

To be suitable for this role you need to be/have;

• A qualified Painter
• Experience managing multiple contracts
• Experience with Painting & Decorating packages
• Driving Licence
• Willing to travel around Yorkshire & Humber
• SSSTS / SMSTS / DBS (Desirable)
