Multi Trade Supervisor

Job description

One of the UK’s largest privately-owned Property Services organisations, with over 30 offices and employing over 1500 staff are looking to employ a Supervisor to work on Social Housing and Education contracts throughout the North East.

They are looking for an experienced Supervisor that has a history of working on large scale contracts with Local Authorities and Housing Associations carrying out; Pre-paint repairs, hanging doors, replacing facia’s, Tiling, Painting.

Required experience

• A qualified Carpenter
• Experience supervising / managing a number of different trades
• Experience with Social Housing and Education contracts
• Driving Licence
• Willing to travel around the North East area and beyond (If required)
• SSSTS / SMSTS / DBS (Desirable)
